INTRODUCTION
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as General Conditions) govern the terms and conditions of sale of the products marketed (hereinafter referred to as Products) by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC on this website (www.angelico.ae). The contract of sale is entered into between SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC (hereinafter referred to as Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as Customer, Buyer, or User), also defined as Parties to the Contract.
CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, the prices of the products published by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC are understood to include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable, in accordance with current UAE and GCC regulations. The prices of products published by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC from time to time cancel and replace previous ones without the need for explicit and specific specification. The sale of products is subject to the actual availability of the products themselves and the acceptance of the purchase order by the seller.
Products are not supplied on trial. SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC provides appropriate information on the characteristics of the products in accordance with current regulations; however, the Customer is solely responsible for the choice of products ordered. It is also understood that the images of the Products are indicative and not binding with respect to the actual characteristics of the goods ordered.
Any special offers promoted by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC are to be considered available only until stocks are exhausted without prior notice and are, in any case, subject to the actual availability of the relevant products at SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC. Special offers proposed by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC cannot be combined with each other. Gift or special offer products may be in promotional packaging (packaging means boxes, online manuals, etc.).
If a special offer promoted by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC provides for a free product to be sent with one or more products purchased, the Customer shall be entitled to such a free product only if it was expressly requested in the order sent to SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC and, in any case, the product will be sent while stocks last. In case of stock exhaustion, the customer will not be entitled to any replacement of the gift.
No warranty, assistance, or replacement will be provided for any products received as a gift from SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC.
For purchases outside the GCC, customs duties for the order will be borne by the customer. SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC will bear the customs duties in the event of a return.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
All product purchase orders sent to SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC must be complete and contain all necessary elements for the correct identification of the products ordered. Each product order transmitted to SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC constitutes a contractual proposal by the Customer and, therefore, shall be binding for SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC only if confirmed by the company for acceptance.
The fulfillment of the order by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC shall be equivalent to confirmation and acceptance. SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC reserves the right not to accept incomplete or improperly filled orders. In case of non-execution of the order by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC (if due to unavailability of the products ordered), SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC shall inform the Customer as soon as possible, refunding any sums of money already paid without having to pay any further sum by way of interest or compensation. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that they have no right to claim any compensation or indemnity due to non-delivery, without prejudice to the reimbursement of any payment made.
The tax documentation (tax invoice or equivalent) relating to the products ordered will be issued by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC at the time of shipment. If the Customer has a VAT number and wishes to receive a VAT invoice, they must indicate this request expressly in the order. No invoice will be issued in the presence of additional discounts. For corporate orders SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC will issue a tax invoice as per the request at customercare@angelico.ae.
To make purchases, it is not necessary to be registered on the site. Information regarding payment and shipping will be requested during the order confirmation. However, by registering, the Customer can take advantage of promotions reserved for registered users and stay up-to-date with the latest news. The Customer is obligated to provide complete, updated, and true information, and is responsible for any false or misleading statement provided to SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC in any capacity.
In case of registration, the Customer must keep their username and password confidential and control access to their computer to prevent unauthorized access through their account. The Customer is responsible for all activities carried out with their account and password. You agree to take all necessary precautions to ensure your password remains secure and confidential and to notify us immediately if you have reason to believe a third party has knowledge of your password, or if your password is, or is allegedly about to be, used in an unauthorized manner.
In the event of a change in your address, email, telephone number, or personal or business information, you agree to update it by logging into “YOUR ACCOUNT” and editing the “ACCOUNT INFORMATION” before placing a new purchase order.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment refers to the sum of the price of the products purchased and the cost of shipping (if applicable).
The available payment methods are: Credit Card or other methods offered at checkout managed by Hyperpay.
Credit Card
In cases of goods purchased with a Credit Card, the bank of reference will authorize the commitment of the amount related to the purchase. Transactions made by credit card are handled by a secure payment gateway that guarantees the total security of payments. The amount for the goods is charged to the Customer's credit card at the time of the order.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
The price of the Products is the price from the Price List published on the site at the time the Order is issued. For all countries, the prices shown include VAT where applicable. Additional shipping and delivery costs will be determined based on the type of delivery and the recipient's address. It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay any applicable taxes, duties, and other charges due in their country of residence for international shipments.
Deliveries are normally made by EXPRESS COURIER. Expected delivery times are between 5 and 8 working days, unless there are impediments beyond the control of the courier company. The delivery terms provided by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC, while carefully considered, are non-binding. SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC may subsequently confirm or modify them depending on actual product availability and/or internal requirements. However, we do everything in our power to respect these times.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must immediately check that the delivery is complete and correct and inform SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC of any problems without delay by writing to: customercare@angelico.ae.
Any delays in delivery of less than 7 days do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or claim compensation or indemnity of any kind.
SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC has the right to make the delivery of products (even those related to the same order) in several successive deliveries without prejudice, in this case, to a single charge to the Customer for transport costs.
Particular conditions and terms of delivery must be agreed upon in advance between the Customer and SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC and accepted in writing.
Shipping costs are free for deliveries made within the GCC for receipts over a specific amount (GCC 900 AED and UAE 300 AED); otherwise, a shipping cost will be charged.
The payment of shipping costs by the Customer will be made using the payment method chosen when placing the order.
Attention:
- The Customer agrees to accept the goods and make themselves available for the withdrawal of the goods. Otherwise, SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC reserves the right to charge them for the costs related to the increase in delivery costs and any storage fees.
- In case the packages are visibly damaged or tampered with, the customer may refuse to withdraw the goods (indicating the reasons in writing on the delivery form) and must immediately send an email to SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC to report the situation. In this case, the sums paid by the customer will eventually be returned after verification by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC of the actual state of the packages.
- In case of delivery of goods different from those ordered and paid for, immediately send an email to SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC to arrange for a redelivery. The Customer acknowledges and accepts they are not entitled to claim any compensation or indemnity due to the discrepancy, except for the reimbursement of the sums paid.
- If the customer provides an incorrect address or data, or otherwise makes it impossible for the carrier to deliver the goods, the goods will be returned to SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC. The Customer acknowledges and accepts they will be charged for the cost of double transport (round trip), and will be withheld as an indemnity for breach of contract. The order will be canceled, and any difference between the total amount paid and the charges will be refunded.
- In the rare event that the courier loses the goods, SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC undertakes to return the sums paid to the Customer. The Customer acknowledges they have no right to claim any compensation or indemnity, except for the reimbursement of the sums paid.
WARRANTY AND SERVICE
For consumers, i.e., those who purchase for purposes unrelated to their professional or business activity, the relevant consumer protection laws of the UAE and GCC will apply.
SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC guarantees only the material integrity of the products of ANGELICO brand at the time of delivery (hereinafter, the “SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC Warranty”). Any defects covered by the warranty must be reported by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery. In case the warranty is invoked, the Customer shall only be entitled to the replacement of damaged products upon return of the same, and the Customer's right to compensation for any further damage is excluded. The shipping costs for the replacement of products shall be borne by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC.
SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC does not provide any warranty on products made by third parties in addition to that provided by the individual Manufacturers. Technical assistance and warranty interventions on the latter products are carried out, where foreseen, by the individual Manufacturers, according to the terms and methods reported in the documentation attached to the products.
No warranty, assistance, or replacement will be provided for any products received as a gift.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We have made every effort to ensure that the colors of the products on our website appear as close to reality as possible. However, because computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen is perfectly accurate.
All items are quality-checked for possible defects before being shipped. Be sure to return all items from an order in the same shipment so that the return is handled as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are properly protected in transit. Shoe boxes should be considered part of the product, and a return cannot be accepted if the box is damaged.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the UAE's Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its executive regulations, the Customer has the right to a refund, replacement, or repair of products if a defect is discovered. This right is guaranteed by law and is separate from a general "change of mind" policy.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer through their personal area on the website within the 14-day period. Thereafter, the customer will be contacted by customer service to complete the procedure.
All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC, which will issue an email confirming the return's acceptance. The refund will exclude the cost of the original shipping.
For returns from within the UAE and GCC, the customer can use their own carrier or use our contracted carrier at a subsidized rate of [e.g., 40 AED]. This amount will be deducted from the refund. In case the customer is not available for the courier's first attempt, they will be charged an additional fee for the missed attempt. If the customer ships via their own courier, the fee will not be deducted.

At the time of the request on the website, a return fee may be displayed, which will not be deducted from the final amount. The refund will be made for the full amount paid for the products (excluding original shipping costs).
Once the products are received and their integrity is verified, SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC will, as soon as possible and in any case within 14 working days of the return notification, refund the Customer the cost of the returned products. The amount of shipping costs (including those of the return, if the agreed carrier is used) will be withheld where necessary.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products have been used or damaged by the Customer. It also does not apply to a Customer who purchases for business purposes (e.g., instrumental use, resale, etc.), communicating their VAT number and requesting a tax invoice.
The time to obtain a refund once the return has been approved varies depending on the payment method chosen:
- Credit Card: The time for the refund depends on the credit institution. It may take up to 10 business days.
Finally, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
- Purchase of products whose original packaging has been tampered with or damaged by the Customer.
- Custom-made items.
- Supply of complimentary products.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
For each order placed, you declare that you accept the privacy policy (click on the link to view it), which is an integral part of this contract.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use the site services or purchase products on the site or send us electronic mail, you communicate with SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC electronically. SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC communicates with the Customer by email or by posting notices on the site. For these contractual conditions, the Customer agrees to receive communications from SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC electronically and acknowledges that all contracts, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy the legal requirement for written form.
ACCESS TO THE SITE
SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC will make every effort to ensure that access to the site and services is provided without interruption and that transmissions are error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, uninterrupted access and error-free transmission cannot be guaranteed.
Access to the site may be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repair and maintenance. SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of such suspensions.
Users shall not use the site in any manner that may or is likely to interrupt, damage, or otherwise impair the site services or access to them. Users are aware and agree that they are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent to SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC from their computer and may use the site services only for lawful purposes.
Users accessing the site are responsible for equipping themselves with appropriate antivirus and firewall protection, and they release SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC from any responsibility for any damage resulting from viruses and the like.
Users also relieve SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC from any liability arising from damaged files, errors, omissions, service interruptions, content deletions, problems related to the network, providers, or telephone connections, unauthorized access, alteration of data, and failure or malfunction of the users' own electronic equipment.
FORCE MAJEURE
The operator shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Without prejudice to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC, it is agreed that should the liability of SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC be established for any reason, including total or partial non-fulfillment of obligations, the responsibility of SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC shall not exceed the price of the products purchased by the Customer for which the dispute arose.
WAIVER
In the event of non-compliance by the Customer with these general conditions, the failure of SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC to exercise its right to act against them does not represent a waiver of the right to act for future breaches.
VARIATIONS OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are the only ones applicable to you and supersede any other provision unless expressly waived by a written agreement between the parties.
You will be subject to the policies, terms, and conditions in effect at the time you use the site services or purchase products from the site.
SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Users accessing the site agree to accept such changes without any reservation or restriction. Therefore, such changes will be immediately enforceable against users as of their dissemination on the site, but may not apply to orders previously concluded, to which the previous general conditions will apply, unless any changes are required by applicable law or by the competent Authorities (in which case, they will also apply to orders previously placed).
Should any provision of these general conditions be held invalid, declared null and void, or rendered unenforceable for any reason, such condition shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other general conditions of sale.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai shall apply to these General Conditions. Any dispute, however related to these General Conditions, will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
