INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products sold on www.angelico.ae by SIRARA GARMENTS TRADING LLC (“Seller”, “we”, “us”).
By placing an order on the Website, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, together with our Privacy & Cookies Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

PRODUCTS & PRICING
- All prices displayed on the Website are in AED and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with UAE regulations.
- Prices may change without prior notice. The price charged will be the one shown at the time of order confirmation.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours and details may vary depending on screen settings.
- Products are sold subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee availability.
ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
- Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
- An order is accepted only once it has been confirmed and processed by us.
- If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you and issue a refund for any amount paid.
PAYMENT
- Payment includes the price of the products and applicable shipping fees.
- Payments are processed securely via authorized payment providers HyperPay using credit/debit cards or other methods shown at checkout.
- We do not store full payment card details.
DELIVERY
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier or external factors.
- Shipping fees and thresholds (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes for deliveries outside the GCC.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues at customercare@angelico.ae.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in case of defective products.

WARRANTY
- We guarantee that products are free from material defects at the time of delivery.
- Any defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Where applicable, defective products will be replaced or refunded.
- Complimentary or promotional items are provided “as is” and are not covered by warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Website, you agree to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations and service messages.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control.
APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
