Exchanges

• Items may be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date.

• During sale periods, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.

Returns

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

• To request a return, please log in to your customer account using the same email address used at checkout, select the relevant order, and follow the return request steps.

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.

Important Notes

• Items returned without an approved return request may not be accepted.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after inspection of the returned items.
