You may exchange within 15 days of purchase, and within 7 days during sale periods.

For returns, you must log in to your personal area using the same e-mail you entered during order confirmation.

Once you are logged in you can select the order you wish to request a return and proceed.

The request must be received within 7 days of the delivery date.
